Yahoo mailplus account. Had an as yet unidentified WindowsXP problem last week. Other than the email, everything seems to be back to normal. I can still get email when online, but that defeats the whole purpose.
Using POP3 email to Outlook, two years OK. Now getting 1200+ old repeat messages. What happened?
I had the same problem...the only way I figured out to resolve it was to change my outlook settings and have it remove the message from the Yahoo mail server once it was downloaded...ie do not leave a copy on the server...
Not the best solution perhaps, but one that works!
