I don't know which is correct, and I see your point about letting Yahoo know - having trawled their site fairly exhaustively there is no easy way to find a link to enable you to contact them with a general point like this - but you may find this link useful

it took a bit of finding - you might almost think they don't want email !
Reply:Email customer services via email and say i have try this and this error message keeps coming up, say it does it all the time and u've try 2 different web address and they both are saying the samething, they mite say its your computer but just try init!!!!
