How do I configure the POP3 and SMTP for yahoo email?

When at work and I want to send a page by email, I get a pop up box asking for this POP and SMTP information. When I attempt, I get an error message. What information should I enter to send through my Yahoo email?

Reply:If you want to use Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird or other third party email clients to view your email you have 2 options.

I currently utilize the most recent version of Thunderbird (2.0.0.4)


and version 0.8.3 of YPOPS (there is a more recent version of YPOPS if you are interested) and have no problems.
