I am trying to configure Outlok 2003 to pickup my Yahoo email. What do I enter in the POP3 and SMTP boxes?

The Outlook 2003 configuration panel ask for the incoming mail server(pop3) and outgoing mail server(smtp). I use Yahoo for all my emailing, so what would I enter in these boxes?

Yahoo doesn't come with POP3 support natively. to counter this, you can download a program called "YPOPS!", which simulates a POP3 server. On the site that you can download it from, you can find instructions for the SMTP and all the other settings.

Reply:Whatever you do, do not pay for this basic service. If you cant set it up using ypops then use hotmail. Paying to access your email is a ripoff and is anti business.
Reply:What you want to do will cost you about $20 bucks a year. Yahoo! is free if you check your email on Yahoo! But if you want to check it on Outlook (or any other external email program such as Eudora or Incredimail, etc.), you have to pay to have it forwarded--it's called Yahoo! Mail Plus. Yahoo! Mail Plus also does a bunch of other cool stuff for you too. Check it out on Yahoo! Home Page; sign up for it--then go to Yahoo! external mail Help, and they'll tell you how to forward it. Good luck!
Reply:You can find info on http://help.yahoo.com/. But first you have to be a Yahoo! Mail Plus subsriber since it is a premium service.
