Accessing email (POP3) through Telnet Port 110?

I am having problems trying to Telnet into my POP3 mail on port 110. Is anyone else having problems? It was working up until yesterday afternoon. Many thanks.

Accessing email (POP3) through Telnet Port 110?
I've fixed it now!! Yahoo Mail has been updated and 2 things now need to be done:

(1) Your emaill address now has the domain name @yahoo.co.uk (its - NO LONGER @yahoo.com) You need to change your Yahoo account in Outllook Express/Tools/Accounts to reflect your new email address.

(2) You need to log into your Yahoo Mail web account and go into Options/Mail Options/POP %26amp; Forwarding - and then re-enable POP mail.
Reply:Same here, I've been a co.uk user for ages. Indeed, the box was de-selecting in the options section. I checked it, but the problem remains. Any other ideas? Report Abuse

Reply:Exactly the same, asks for user name and password on Outlook Express but doesn't work - only happened last 24 hours ago, no changes have been made by me - cant find anyone to point this at. The only helpline was very efficient with on-screen intervention but they said they can only sort btyahoo (btinternet) not yahoo mail. Incidently can still access this account via webmail so it is not cancelled.
