How can i setup sent email rule from outlook 2003 which have 2 pop3 acconts ?

i have 2 pop3 eamil accounts and i want to setup a rule to move messages which i send from one account to specific folder in sent items. and keep the email which i send from the other account in the sent folder... summery i want to sperate the emails which i send from the two diffrent accounts.


i setup the rule but same email which i send remains in the sent folder ... i.e it leaves copy in the sent folder which i dont want. your help is higly appreciated.

but it still "leaves copy in the sent folder ". So you want to disable that last part?





you can do that by :


Select Tools %26gt; Options.


The Options window appears.


Click E-mail Options...


The E-mail Options dialog box appears.


If you do NOT want to save copies of your Sent Items LOCALLY, uncheck the checkbox for Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder.


Click OK twice to close both dialog boxes
