How do i find out this information?
When tring to set up a microsoft outlook express email account it asks for my server name and if it is pop3.?
go to your isp and look for instructions on how to set up outlook.
quite allot already have this information on thier websites.
Reply:Depends on what your provider is; if you use gmail for exmaple it would be something like pop.gmail.com and smtp.gmail.com for your outgoing server. Google your mail provider mail settings, if it's Comcast for example; google 'Comcast Pop3 Settings' and you'll get the information you require.
Reply:First contact your ISP and let them tell you what settings are compliant with their setup, most us POP3 and SMTP.
