POP3 Email Help?

Hi, i'm trying to set up my POP3 through Thunderbird using my domain and through 1%26amp;1.co.uk





I can send emails throught thunderbird but i cannot receive them.





This is the server settings:





Incoming: pop.1and1.co.uk


Outgoing: auth.smtp.1and1.co.uk





can ayone tell me why i might not be receiving emails?

yahoo email you can upgrade to yahoo mail plus to get


the full pop3 service for access to


Outlook,


Thunderbird,
